Captaloans Updates

July 30 – Ability to Modify Usernames - Account admins now have a way to modify the email address / username of users on the system. In the past you could not modify the email address of your users but instead had to delete their user account and recreate a new one.

With this change you can now swap out a user with another one simply by changing their username and password. Any leads or loanmods the old person had assigned to them will now be assigned to the modified user.   Please note that the email address must be still be unique and unused in order for the system to allow the change.

July 29 -Duplicate Loan Modification Button. We added a feature that lets you create a copy of an existing loan mod case file so you can quickly create duplicate records for clients with multiple properties.

July 26 – Improved Reporting We are working to improve the reports available.  If you have a custom report you would like added submit this to support@captaloans.com

July 9 – SMTP Setting Users can now configure their own email server to send out alerts.  You can now receive email alerts from your own domain instead of getting emails from the Captaloans System.  You can configure this setting in the TOOLS menu.

June 23 – Enhanced Branch Management Captaloans has expanded their suite of loan modification software to now include the ability to create branch offices.  Companies can now create multiple branch offices which can be managed by a single parent organization.

June 3 2009 – Call Center Users We have gotten a number of new clients that are running small to medium call centers.   They asked for an economical way to set up user accounts for their call center staff to input new loan modification leads into the system.  We now offer Intake User licenses at only $2 per user.  These users will have access to the full lead submit form, including income/expenses worksheet, and will be able to input new customer leads that will get routed to their manager or supervisor.

May 30 – Improved delivery times for brandings. Captaloans has joined with a technical company that will be helping to provide branding, training, and will be an authorized reseller of Captaloans subscriptions.   They will be creating a a website at http://www.loanmodificationsoftwareservices.com/
